The vast majority of courses are backed by our 14 day money back guarantee. This allows you to try your course for 14 days (10 working days) to ensure suitability.
There are a couple of exclusions as below:
Short CPD courses (Non Refundable)
Short E Learning courses (Non Refundable)
Your 14 day window commences on the day we email you course access. This allows you full access to evaluate if this method of learning is the right fit for you personally. We know this is not right for everyone but at least you get to try it and find out. It may satisfy your curiosity, if nothing else!
If for any reason, you find the course unsuitable, simply email our accounts department with your details requesting to cancel. You can contact them on [email protected]. Once received, you will receive a reply within 24 hours and a full refund provided within 7 days back to the original payment method. No questions asked!
