A very common question from many potential learners. CPD courses are not accredited or recognised qualifications, despite what some online course providers claim. They are perfect for self development or updating your skills in a specific subject but that is where it ends.
We are regularly having to assist disappointed students who have registered for a CPD course online only to find out that it carries no recognition at all. This is not only a costly mistake but also a waste of your valuable time.
We indeed offer a range of CPD courses ourselves for those learners looking for a short course to update their skills. They are very popular but they do not qualify you to work with children or to work in a regulated sector. Hence the difference in price to a fully regulated qualification. They are cheap for a reason. Don't say we didn't warn you!
