Do I need Maths & English to enrol on an Early Years course?

No! These are not required to enrol onto an Early Years course with us, you may be pleased to know.
Note: Level 2 in Functional Skills or GCSE English was required to be included in the staff to child ratios but this has been recently relaxed. Nurseries are now allowed a certain number of their staff to be included based on experience alone. Speak to your setting if unsure!
Mathematics is no longer a requirement at all. So, if maths has always been your weakness and held you back, then you need not worry anymore.
