What is the difference between the fast track and standard version?

On the following courses, students have the option to fast track their qualification and complete in 6 months. 

Focus Awards - Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 3 Certificate (RQF) 
TQUK - Early Years Practitioner (RQF) Level 2 Diploma
TQUK - Early Years Care & Education (RQF) Level 3 Diploma

On the fast track versions, learners will agree a structured work plan upon induction and will be actively encouraged to stick to it by our support team and your personal tutor. In addition, students are required to attend up to 3 zoom meetings during the 6 month period, where you have the undivided attention of your tutor to tackle anything you are unsure about or simply to catch up on progress. 

You will also be observed in your setting by one of our assessors. 

On the Focus Awards - Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 3 Certificate (RQF) you will be observed once by one of our assessors. 

On both the TQUK - Early Years Practitioner (RQF) Level 2 Diploma & TQUK - Early Years Care & Education (RQF) Level 3 Diploma, you will be observed a minimum of twice (Max 3 Times)

Our assessor will then upload the evidence to your learning portal on your behalf. This will dramatically reduce the time it takes to complete and also vastly reduces any input required from an expert witness too. 

On the standard version of these courses, learners will plan their own learning to suit within the allocated time period with access to tutor support on demand via the Laser Learning platform or on the telephone with our support team. The standard version also requires students to nominate an expert witness for the practical elements of the course. You are also required to upload your own practical evidence. 

On the Focus Awards - Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Level 3 Certificate (RQF) A structured work plan, zoom meetings and observation is not included on the standard version. 

On the standard versions of both the TQUK - Early Years Practitioner (RQF) Level 2 Diploma & TQUK - Early Years Care & Education (RQF) Level 3 Diploma, you will be observed only once by one of our assessors.  A structured work plan and Zoom meetings are only included on the Fast Track Version.
