What qualification do i need to open a nursery?

To open a nursery, requires the owner or a member of staff to hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years (Minimum Level 3). The more Level 3 qualified staff there are, the more children can be accepted and cared for in the setting.

Please note: The completion of placement is compulsory to qualify and open a nursery. Be very wary of online providers offering courses that can be done 100% online. Ofsted will not accept them! Don't say we didn't warn you.
